Account Director

Position Overview
The Account Director is responsible for leading client relationships with non-profits, strategizing fundraising campaigns, driving strategic initiatives, and overseeing campaign execution to achieve client goals. This role requires a strong foundation in client relationships and marketing strategy, particularly within the nonprofit sector, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to outline campaign goals and key performance indicators.
• Oversee the execution of direct mail and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce detailed reports for clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or a related role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong skills in relationship building and client management.
• Proven experience strategizing for fundraising campaigns.
• Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning.
• Experience in direct mail and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership, must have managed direct reports in the past.
• Must have non-profit experience.
