Account Manager

Location: Mason, Ohio

Salary: $45,000-65,000 (based on experience).

Opportunity:
The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of products to contractors and builders. The Account Manager is also responsible for resolving any problems described by the customer and ensuring all quality standards and deadlines are met.

Day to Day:
  • Handle day to day operations of jobs/accounts.
  • Initial set up of materials, labor, and specialty items prior to shipment.
  • Collect and distribute all necessary paperwork (prints, selections, truss drawings/seals, floor layouts, written change orders, scopes of work).
  • Develop and maintain communications with customer.
  • Fill any material shortages during construction project.
  • Bill all aspects of job in accordance with job contract/proposal or budget.
  • Work with A/R department on billing issues.
  • Review jobs once completed for potential errors or cost saving ideas for the next project.
Skill Set:
  • Ability to analyze information, evaluate results and solve problems.
  • Detail oriented, timely and efficient.
  • Team player, strong communicator and advanced interpersonal skills
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks to meet varied and conflicting organization demands.
  • Detailed, accurate and self-motivated.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
