Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer you'll perform diversified and confidential administrative tasks for multiple leaders. You will schedule appointments, arrange meetings, conferences and travel. Organize and maintain correspondence, support and deliver projects and follow up on pending matters with limited direction. You will handle highly confidential information and files. You'll communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry, and community. You may serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
You Will:
- Provide administrative support to multiple members of assigned department, including calendar management, meeting, travel coordination, processing of expense reports and invoices and other administrative tasks, all with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.
- Support payment of department invoices through the department's bill payment tool and SAP.
- Support department document retention process and systems.
- Create, proofs and distribute PowerPoint presentations for multiple audiences.
- Help with drafting, proofing and editing a variety of communications.
- Communicate in a professional manner with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry and community.
- Provide general office and project support including ensuring efficient and professional operation of office; exercise discretion and diplomacy.
- Manage the utilization and ordering of office supplies, including special requests.
- Identify administrative continuous improvements and develop tools to assist department staff in their effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associates degree in business or associated field preferred
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality, timely and accurate work under short time constraints
- Experience working in fast paced team environment and demonstrate a high degree of tact, discretion, flexibility and diplomacy
- Experience handling confidential information and data requiring highest degree of attention to preserve confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management, organization and prioritization abilities required, including the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new software programs (i.e. SAP and Power BI) with limited training

Compensation:
Pay Range:$57,000-$77,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
