Raba Kistner is seeking a detailed-oriented, dependable Administrative Assistant - Training to join our corporate team in San Antonio, TX. The duties of this position encompass inputting, maintaining and updating the Learning Management System in an efficient manner. Assist in the development and administration of training materials such as fliers, correspondences, etc. Work well with other HR personnel in a cohesive and fostering manner. Answers phones and emails pertaining to training and other HR related matters as necessary. Perform other administrative functions as required. Other responsibilities include:
- Responsible for maintaining and updating training data in the Learning Management System.
- Assist in the development of training materials, scheduling of classes and classroom preparations.
- Input and maintain training logs, feedback surveys, etc.
- Prepare documents and correspondence as requested.
- Assist staff members with work assignments, as directed by HR management.
- Set up and maintain project files and folders.
- Assist and substitute for other administrative assistants, when required.
- Serve as a backup to the front desk receptionist at the Corporate office, when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school or GED certification. Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year administrative experience required.
- Possess a valid driver’s license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet company’s auto insurability requirements.
Good oral and written communications skills and working knowledge of database administration. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Able to problem solve, multi-task, and absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and present self in a professional manning including appearances. Must be able to multiple task, work independently and tactfully, be detailed-oriented and possess good organizational skills. Must be a team player who works well with all types and levels of internal and external clients. Must be able to work beyond normal schedule when needed.
