Contribute: As an Associate Software Quality Analyst, you will be part of a software development team gaining hands-on experience. In this role, you will:
Execute manual test cases and assist in analyzing test strategies/plans.
Identify, document, and track defects within the software delivery process.
Acquire knowledge of business and IT processes to verify business requirements are met.
Collaborate with engineers and business partners to refine and update test cases while seeking to increase knowledge and awareness of the engineering process and business domain.
What it Takes:
Associates Degree in Information Systems or related discipline, or related work experience.
Minimum of 1 year related work experience in the insurance industry or software testing.
Experience in Microsoft applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
