WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

· 3+ years of experience in AV systems design, installation, and maintenance

· Strong knowledge of AV technologies including video conferencing, digital signal processing, and control systems

· Experience with AV network protocols and IP-based AV systems

· Proficiency in AV system design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio)

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex AV issues

· Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

· TS/SCI Clearance required and eligibility to obtain CI Poly

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support for critical AV systems

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds

· Comfort with working at heights (e.g., on ladders or lifts) for equipment installation

Desired Skills:

· CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification

· Experience with Crestron, Extron, or AMX control systems

· Knowledge of acoustics and audio system design

· Familiarity with HDCP, EDID, and other video standards

· Experience with digital signal processors (DSPs) and audio networking protocols

· Understanding of AV over IP technologies

· Familiarity with AV security best practices and compliance requirements
