Great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care's Behavioral Treatment Services as a Behavior Analyst! We are looking for a behavior analyst to be part of a collaborative, dynamic multi-disciplinary team including a psychiatric nurse practitioner and mental health clinicians, to integrate therapeutic, behavior analytic, psychiatric treatment in an outpatient/hybrid setting. Behavioral Treatment Services is unique in that we can meet the person in their own environment. As a result, our prescriber can make more informed decisions regarding medication because of our clinicians’ feedback and involvement. Our program goals are to stabilize individuals within the community setting, reduce hospitalizations and facilitate reintegration into the community after hospitalization. We work directly with the Northeast Region of the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). The behavior analyst provides consultative services to individuals, families, caregivers, the Behavioral Treatment Services Team and/or the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). The behavior analyst completes formal and informal assessments, collaborates with support teams within the Northeast DDS area offices and/or other providers, establishes interventions in accordance with the state Positive Behavior Support regulations, and participates in the development of service plans with the multi-disciplinary team at Behavioral Treatment Services. Our ideal candidate will have patience, compassion, and creativity to work with an often underserved and largely misunderstood population. Pay Range: $77,137.20/year

Required Skills
- Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Master's Degree in Arts, Science, Education or Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred; Master's level clinician preparing for BCBA exam also encouraged to apply!
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder preferred
