A client of Innova Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst.

Position type: Full time - Contract
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Business Analyst, you will:

Work with all basic components of the subject matter and can identify relevent standards, polices and practices.
Site examples of usage in different environments.
Gain technical expertise and make recommendations for solutions which may impact the overall outcome of the project/assignment.
Work with clients/users to identify and scope their requirements.
Formulate and define scope (requirements) and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
Work with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
Gather and analyze information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
Evaluate/research business problems and their relationship to technology.
Organize and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Identify process, technology and organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

Working Experience with subject matter in diverse environments.
Understanding of the operational issues and considerations.
Experience supporting business process re-engineering efforts.
Experience to dialogue and negotiate with all levels of stakeholders.
Experience to understand the value of process-centric approach to business analysis Tackles complex business/systems problems and conveys this information to stakeholders (includes technical teams for translation into solution design).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50 - $53 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
