Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Business Execution Consultant, for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients!
Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY.

Key Skills:
* Tools: MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power Point, database management is a plus [prior experience with Medallia is a plus]
* Business Analysis of data and presentation of insights (Customer experience, complaints, etc.)
POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will:
* Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
Required Qualifications:
* Organizational management and support, planning, executive communications, planning, data analysis, execution of key projects
* Project Tracking, delegation, and quality assurance: ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure all deliverables are met with high quality standards
* Planning/Communications: ability to learn business, track progress across the full organization, and follow up to ensure on time deliverables. Ensure adherence to brand standards across team. Annual planning cycle.
* Executive Presentations: Business reviews, planning materials, organizational announcements, team accomplishments, executive communications, draft talking points, editing/proofing. Manage distribution lists, org charts, etc.
* Employee Engagement: Support community engagement and draft plans to improve employee engagement across the team
* Business Analysis of data and presentation of insights (Customer experience, complaints, etc.)

* Ability to review data and develop insights and recommendations

* Assess, develop, and deliver high quality materials within short timeframes
