Job Title: Business Execution Consultant - Trigger Management Loan Covenant Team

Job Summary: Join our Commercial Mortgage Servicing team as a Business Execution Associate, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Trigger Management Loan Covenant Team. In this role, you'll assist with low-complexity projects, review procedures, and ensure compliance with established policies. You'll gain hands-on experience with commercial real estate loan documents and help monitor loan covenant compliance, all while expanding your technical and analytical skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily business execution activities within the Trigger Management Loan Covenant Team.
* Assist with reviewing, identifying, and monitoring loan covenants for commercial mortgage servicing.
* Adhere to established policies and compliance requirements while exercising judgment within defined parameters.
* Provide tactical support on low-risk deliverables and offer information to internal clients related to business execution.
* Develop proficiency in team-specific software systems and enhance technical knowledge through ongoing training.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related fields (work experience, consulting, military experience, or education may apply).
* Commercial Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial real estate, with the ability to interpret loan documents preferred.
* Excel Proficiency: Ability to use advanced Excel functions, including complex formulas (such as INDEX/MATCH) for data analysis.
* Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
* Office Requirement: Required to work 4 days in-office, with potential for 5 days during the training period.
Preferred Skills:
* Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in complex formulas and data analysis.
