Job Description

The Maintenance Coordinator - Vendor is responsible for managing Vendor work orders and creating purchase orders (PO) if needed. Assigning newly created Vendor work orders and following up with existing Vendor work orders. The Maintenance Coordinator - Vendor is responsible for coordinating Vendor maintenance repairs for all occupied homes.

Manage Vendor Work Orders and Purchase Orders

• Communicating with Residents for work order process and follow up
• Review, Manage and approve Vendor bids within approval limits
• Summarize and forward Vendor bids or concerns to CMC supervisor
• Create and close PO's if needed in all markets
• Ongoing communication with Field Offices regarding Occupied Vendor work

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong typing skills
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Problem-solving experience is a plus
• Prior Maintenance experience preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Yardi preferred

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
