QuadMed has an opportunity for a Client Medical Director (CMD) to join our team in Southeast Wisconsin. This CMD is a practicing provider and clinical leader for 5 health center locations serving QuadMed's largest client, Quad. This role aids in QuadMed's mission and strategic goals by leading key initiatives, supporting the growth and financial success of the client consistent with those of the QuadMed strategy. This role is focused on a client population health level, while supporting providers at the clinical quality level. They are accountable for the health care outcomes for the client they serve. This position is based in Wisconsin.
Job Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited School of Medicine and completion of appropriate residency
- Active board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 5+ years of experience in primary care required
- Three (3+) years supervising/training/mentoring strongly preferred
- Two (2) years of leadership experience managing other providers preferred
