Title: Senior Client Service Specialist

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007

Duties: Perform data analysis and analyze complex financial models from both conceptual and practical perspectives, offering comprehensive quantitative solutions. Support clients on the use of our industry-leading credit risk products. Analyze technically complex problems and find solutions via analysis of application log files, SQL procedures and error messages, and operating system/database server diagnostics. Debug client reported issues. Test AI technology and contribute to Moody's initiatives in implementing and promoting the use of AI technology. Provide constructive feedback to the sales and training groups regarding client needs and opportunities. Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to product managers. Understand new financial products and work with sales, product managers, data analytics team, research on establishing escalation procedures, enabling our teams to start smoothly on the support of a new product. Proactively identify knowledge gaps, design, and implement training to support the team's development.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Must have experience with the following: performing complex data analysis and interpreting financial models; writing SQL Server or Oracle queries and stored procedures and analyzing SQL procedures and error messages, and Operating System/Database server diagnostics; utilizing Excel and programming languages such as Python, C#; or RStudio; and utilizing DBeaver, AWS CloudWatch, EC2, or S3.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $100,547 to $113,750/yr, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
