Key Responsibilities:
Have a complete working knowledge of CRM and integrate it as the central
application for communication and tracking in the practice
Complete all CRM training
Make notes in CRM on all interactions with clients
Review clients without an Appointment Scheduled in CRM
Schedule appointments/meetings according to Service Model
Confirm meeting by phone 72 hours before meeting
Monitor Beneficiary Intelligence program
Review Beneficiary Playbook
Work with team on Marketing budget and preparation
Send and update Marketing on Demand communications
Order gifts for clients per advisor direction
Send out birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas cards, or other cards as directed
Update Go Social (articles, photos, events)
Update photos and events on social media and website
Update events on website
Become proficient in Event Builder (+)
Help coordinate seminars or client appreciation events
Review notes from events - make new connections on all social media
Help to choose promotional items for client events
Record compliance as needed for events, gifts, etc.
Other tasks as necessary for client services.
