Clinical Coordinator - MCI
Milford Mobile Crisis Intervention Program
In collaboration with MCI management, the Clinical Coordinator plays an integral role in leading, facilitating, and coordinating the daily operation of the Adult and Youth MCI components of the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) by ensuring expansive, thorough, consumer-centered care coordination, consultation, and follow-up work.
The Clinical Coordinator primary responsibilities include:
- coordinating, assigning, and participating in MCI follow-up tasks, including contacting providers
- providing ongoing crisis intervention and stabilization utilizing peer and family partner support
- ensuring proper service referrals
As needed this role participates in the daily operation of the MCI components including telephone triage, crisis intervention such as evaluation, stabilization, referral, and follow-up, on-site, and in the community.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4p or 9a-5p
Pay Rate:
- Unlicensed - $79,309.98/salaried
- Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW - $82,396.70/salaried

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office required.
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related clinical Human Service discipline (clinical degree that provides path to independent licensure) required.
- Independent clinical license (LHMC, LMFT, or LICSW) preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the field of mental health required.
Clinical Experience:
- Experience working with children, adolescents and families is required.
- Knowledge of and experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred.
- 1 year of experience in MCI, inpatient, or other acute setting that provides triage and assessment.
