Clinical Supervisor of our Norwood Outpatient Center
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to other clinicians working with children, teens and adults, on both a regularly scheduled and as needed basis, assisting with the handling of urgent situations as they arise, and completing clinical record reviews for staff training and quality management purposes.
The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for providing direct services to client, supporting our outpatient center's growth and new initiatives, and developing ongoing relationships with community partners.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.
- Master’s degree in social work or psychology required.
- Independent licensure required, LICSW highly preferred.
- Experience providing clinical supervision required.
Schedule: 40 hours a week, hybrid schedule (remote and in office work), flexible shifts!
Payrate: $73,999.95/salaried
