As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergencies, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
Works in compliance with API and ISO quality specifications and/or safety systems requirements

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in equipment maintenance
Experience repairing a variety of CNC/NC machines (Mori, HAAS, DMG, DMF, Heckert, etc)
Knowledge of CNC Fanuc control & ladder logic
Have the ability to read and interpret drawings & schematics
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
Own set of basic mechanics hand tools to work with
