Job Description
This role provides essential support to all US Revenue Operations team functions, with primary focus on the Collection of client invoices, and US cash receipt processing.Primary Responsibilities and/or Essential functions:
- Works closely in support of the Lead Collections Specialist to review the aging Accounts Receivable inventory, with an emphasis on invoices aged 120 days or greater.
- Coordinates with Revenue Coordinators in support of collection efforts related to aging receivables, including direct follow up and contact with firm clients, where authorized.
- Assists in reporting, documenting, and escalating any issues delaying payment processing by Firm clients.
- Updates the 3e Collections module for all direct collection activity and collections related information on a timely basis.
- Helps with the updating and production of our monthly Collections Forecast within 3e.
- Responds to Billing and Accounts Receivable inquiries with clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Provides information to support the review of partially paid invoices, including preliminary research in various e-billing platforms, or e-Billinghub.
- Provides end-to-end coverage for the Personal Receivables cost recovery process.
- Prepares communications to obtain write-off approvals for aged AR balances, as directed by the Lead Specialist.
- Provides end to end coverage for our Cash Receipt processing function, and other departmental functions as directed.
- Assists with tracking and resolution of unallocated cash receipts.
- Handles additional responsibilities as required by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Intermediate or higher level familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with Elite 3e is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-billing submission platforms, and/or e-BilingHub, is also a plus (Tymetrix, Serengeti, Collaborati, etc.).
Education/Certifications:

Estimated salary range is $55,000 - $65,000. Compensation decisions within the range are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
