This role will be responsible leading the Regulatory Change Implementation Oversight and Monitoring team to ensure that our regulatory changes are implemented by supporting the organization’s operations, gaining efficiencies, adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintaining quality and control standards.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and lead team in the operational execution to ensure adherence with enterprise programs and internal policy and procedures
  • Enhance governance process, routines, and reporting that ensure compliance and operational integrity.
  • Design and implement an enterprise regulatory change implementation monitoring program including reporting, escalation management, and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies, or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management.
  • Create a compliance dashboards/reporting that provides timely insights into compliance metrics, enabling proactive management of compliance risks.
  • Monitor the Front Line’s execution of impact assessments and completion of implementation activities to ensure compliance-related decisions are appropriately addressed.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance.
  • Manage relationships and influence across all levels including managers, business leaders, Legal, Audit, regulators, and industry partners on risk related topics.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years Extensive experience designing and executing monitoring/adherence programs, including regulatory change management, risk identification, and risk and control self-assessment processes (RCSA), compliance issue management, policy and procedure adherence, and reporting
  • 4+ years of Commercial Lending, Commercial & Investment Banking, or Wealth Investment Banking risk management experience
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and constituencies, including business leaders, legal, audit and regulators
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas or issues into well-defined enterprise solutions
  • Data management and analytics; thematic analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams influence, partner, and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to gain commitment and accomplish goals in a fast-paced environment
  • A master’s degree, Juris Doctor (JD), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or equivalent professional designation

Executive Communication:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across LOBs globally.
  • Ability to deliver strategic information to a range of audiences leveraging multiple communication methods, tools, and channels to effectively position business messages.
  • Ability to manage complex issues and deliverables into effective outcome-oriented conversations.

  • Develop and maintain productivity of the team - ensure strong focus on short- and long-term objectives, training, succession planning, career development, attrition management and managing career opportunities.
  • Ability to develop and lead long-term, future-focused strategic plans to drive engagement and enhance the value of the relationship to all parties.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
