Reporting to the Compounding Team Lead, you will help combine ingredients and oversee the mixing process to make cooking spray. You will join a team of over 150 associates.

What impact will you have on our business:

• You will combine raw ingredients based on the recipe of the product being produced. operator all different machines and equipment.
• You will oversee the sanitation and preventive maintenance of the compounding equipment and compounding department.
• You will use a forklift to carry and stage raw ingredients.
• Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements and Conagra's policies
• Awareness of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.
• You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Do You Have What It Takes:

• High School diploma or GED
• Forklift Operator experience
• Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand

While performing the responsibilities of this job, you are required to stand for extended periods of time. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies in temperature.
