Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Engineer with a strong background in wireless construction and project management skills to join our high-demand, fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing changing priorities, vendor relationships, and possess excellent communication skills. We need a professional who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager for RAN Network Construction, you will:

Manage complex, large-scale projects impacting various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Maintain a keen eye for detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
Identify potential project roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
Negotiate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, making effective decisions quickly and juggling competing priorities with ease.

Qualifications

Proven ability to drive progress.
Excellent data analytics and database management skills.
Ability to provide clear and concise direction to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant industry experience.
Strong ability to manage changing and competing priorities.
Knowledge of Ericsson base stations, remote radio units, Nokia/Ciena transport equipment, JMA and Commscope Remote Electrical Tilt Antennas, hybrid cables, and CPRI mux/patch panels.

Ability to provide accurate, timely, and concise communications.
Exceptional time management and communication skills.
Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
Adaptability to different settings and the ability to investigate and implement alternate approaches to resolve problems with minimal management input.
