You will be a Control Account Manager - Level 2.
What You Will Being Doing:
In this position, you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications:
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; OR or equivalent experience/combined education
* Demonstrated experience in project management, operations management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on project controls, scheduling, and budgeting
* Demonstrated experience with finance, accounting, managing budgets, and/or prior experience through being a Cost/Control Account Manager (CAM)
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable
Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar.
Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
