Our client, a large NY hospital system, is looking for a Creative Services Project Manager to join their team freelance, up to 40 hours per week.

This role is Hrybrid to start for the onboarding process but can move remote as time goes on.

** Must be able to commute to Brooklyn NY to be offically considered**

In this role, you will be responsible for auditing their current PM software and choosing which system would be best to switch to. Once identified, you will project manage the transition from the PM software's over the next 18 months. After the software transition the person selected will manage creative projects through the entire life cycle.

Must Haves:
-5+ years of project management experience in either marketing, creative agency or with an in-house creative team
- Experience in the healthcare space
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across a variety of media (print, digital, video, and social)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, etc.
- Strong ability to keep projects on track and identify potential issues

Nice to Have:
- Experience implementing project management platforms
- Experience managing graphic designers, production artists, and vendors
- Familiarity with creative review and approval processes
