Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their travel needs are met with professionalism and care. You will assist customers with booking inquiries, provide support before, during, and after their trips, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information on travel services, destinations, booking processes, and policies.
  • Assist customers with making travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a positive and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist clients with selecting travel options that best meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth processing of bookings.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with travel services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for travel and helping others have a seamless travel experience.
