Responsibilities:

Education Qualification:
*High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills:
*Less than one year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role
*Adept at learning new technologies for data entry, calendar management, and report creation
*Proficient in MS Office applications
*Strong time-management and organizational skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
*Ability to handle multiple customer service demands effectively
*Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
