Job Title: Database Engineer
Contract: 6+ Months
Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* 5+ years of Oracle database administration experience

Desired Qualifications:
* 5+ years of PostgreSQL administration experience
* 5+ years of experience with database engineering functions
* 3+ years of experience with MongoDB, GoldenGate, or Yugabyte
* 2+ years of performance tuning experience
* Experience with monitoring databases regularly to check for any errors such as existing locks and failed updates
* Experience leading and driving automation initiatives

Job Expectations:
* This position will require 12x7 on call support
* Ability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
* Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
* This position offers a hybrid work schedule
