Pepperdine University invites nominations and applications for the position of Dean of the Frank R. Seaver College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences (Seaver College).

The dean serves as the chief administrative officer of the college and reports to the University provost. The dean is responsible for overseeing enrollment, curriculum, strategic planning, budget, student affairs, international programs, and personnel of the college. The next dean will demonstrate a commitment to the undergraduate experienceboth curricular and co-curricular. Moreover, the dean will demonstrate unwavering support for the University's Christian mission and a vision for integrating institutional mission into both the educational experience and broader campus community.

The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $300,000. The pay range reflects what Pepperdine University reasonably expects to pay for this position at time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level. In addition to base pay, Pepperdine offers a robust and highly competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement, life, and long-term disability insurance.
