Summary:

Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dish machine, dishroom and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.

• Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.

• Must have Texas Food Handlers Card prior to employment.

• Card must be current at all times during employment.
