Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity with our globally recognized client who is looking to hire a Digital Asset Specialist to help their team.
This role will join a team who is going through a digital migration project to move all their photo assets from one DAM to another.
The Digital Asset Specialist will be responsible for:
Metadata Application
- Follow best practice to apply descriptive, administrative, and technical metadata to clients photography assets
- Audit existing assets as needed to uphold metadata integrity
Support Documentation Management
- Create new support documentation for end users
- Maintain support documentation
License and Asset Management
- Research usage rights
- Manage asset expiration workflow
We are looking for a Digital Asset Specialist with:
- 2-5 years' experience
- Experience working with metadata management in a DAM system
- High proficiency with Excel
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience applying clean and consistent metadata using keywording and structured attributes
- Proven experience working with a remote team
- Comfort with researching and tracking down information
