Digital Media Coordinator

Location: Hybrid
Duration: 3+ months
Hours per week: 40 hrs / week
Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday onsite
Rate Range: $30 - $35

Position Overview
Our well-known retail client is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator. This is an exciting role for a Coordinator-level person who wants to get their foot in a large, reputable corporation! This position is essential for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of digital content while maintaining high standards of quality and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of digital campaigns
• Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Support the sales team with digital media initiatives and tools
• Work alongside a talented digital media team, learning and growing in the digital media space

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and data entry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and tools
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
