Leading beauty brand is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing for an onsite, full-time opportunity where you will be expected to go into the office 3 days per week.

MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years experience within marketing, with at least 3 years of CPG brand management experience beauty experience is a plus!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work with the VP of Marketing to lead the brand ensuring a consistent brand message across all engagement platforms
- Develop, implement and measure strategic brand plans to maximize revenue
- Develop and execute 360-degree consumer-facing marketing plans across digital and social media platforms
- Manage marketing calendar and development/implementation of business strategies for product introductions, promotions, pricing, communications, forecasting and inventory management of brand portfolio
- Liaison with cross functional internal and international teams
