Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker to join as a Director of Business Strategy and Pricing. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of NetApp Cloud Storage , Cloud AI, and Open source technologies hosting by helping evaluate and execute strategic initiatives and drive key business decisions. This professional should have a strong background in cloud strategic analysis, price sensitivity analysis, analyst/investor relations, business development, and a good understanding of the storage and cloud landscape. The ideal candidate would be one who enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. This position will report directly into SVP/GM Cloud Storage.

Key Responsibilities
Driving pricing and bundling strategy for multiple cloud offerings from NetApp
Drive cost efficiencies and process across the organization
Build and execute on business and product integration strategy of multiple cloud offerings from NetApp
Own and drive Rhythm of business for the organization
Manage investor/Analyst relations

Job Requirements

10 + years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role within the technology industry.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting.
Experience using complex modeling and analysis to inform key business decisions.
Experience leading high-impact projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with a high degree of autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic role with a focus on emerging cloud storage technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex business information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated ability to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with data processing, analytics and/or AI/ML tooling is preferred
Experience in MnA activities
Passion for the evolving cloud storage landscape.

Education

BS/BA degree with 10+ years' experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and /or Business/Product Finance and Strategy
MBA with CFA preferred but not mandatory

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 193,035 - 287,320 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
