We are hiring for Distribution Team Lead on our 3rd shift.

You will report to the Distribution supervisor and join a team of 235 plus team member.

You will work onsite at our Food manufacturing plant is in Kent WA.

• Coordinate product allocation to multiple storage facilities and customers working with customer service, supply chain services and local production scheduler to ensure product availability and excellent customer service.
• You will manage all dock receiving including raw materials and packaging.
• Handle all warehouse transfers for finished goods and raw materials through SAP transactions
• Bill out finished product prepares invoicing and includes all customs documents.
• You will provide direction to the distribution team
• Manage dock scheduling and appointments for inbound and outbound freight.
• Help with finished goods inventory management, including internal and external warehouses.
• Perform product traceability expectations, by participating in the mock recall exercise and leading their responsibilities.
• Update outbound pick tickets for distribution to ensure schedule adherence and product availability.
• Track, communicates, and implements corrective action of the job duties of the distribution team
• Resolve open Transfer Orders, Inbound Deliveries, Outbound deliveries and perform corrections or directed by Warehouse leadership.
• Process transaction to manage inventory through SAP systems
• Perform inventory adjustments to correct inventory discrepancies to resolution.
• Verify inbound receipts against posted entries including documenting and correcting any discrepancies.
• Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

2+ years of Forklift/Warehouse experience required.
