Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients' objectives in important key areas.
* Responsible for reconciling, and designating Drug Rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level
* Research and respond to DHCS and drug manufacturer inquiries via email
* Track incoming manufacturer documentation
* Mail invoices and late payment notice letters
* Complete daily status reporting of work performed
* Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines
What we're looking for
* Two or more years of accounting experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Organization skills to balance and prioritize work - attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools including Microsoft Excel skills
* Good communication skills

The pay range for this position is $44,200.00 - $63,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
