A university is looking for a freelance Email Marketing Specialist to help build several emails for the athletics department and teams. This is an ongoing assignment on and as needed basis through the football season beginning in September 2024.

Hours per week will vary.

The Email Marketing Specialist will work in the email program Emma. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating weekly email communications inclusive of template building, formatting, and resolving bug issues.

The team will provide content and the Email Marketing Specialist will create each email for distribution.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Minimum of 5 years of email marketing experience
+ Experience designing email templates and creating call to action buttons
+ Highly proficient in Emma, Contstant Contact or similar software
+ Ability to work at a fast pace
+ Ability to work efficiently and independent
+ Attention to detail
+ Strong communication and written skills
