Job Summary: The Employee Experience Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture through effective listening strategies, surveys, and action planning initiatives. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development, execution, and evaluation of employee experience programs that foster a positive work environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Program Support:
- Collaborate with the Employee Experience Team to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Support the development and distribution of communication materials related to employee experience programs.
- Survey Administration:
- Coordinate the scheduling and distribution of employee surveys.
- Assist in the analysis of survey data and prepare reports summarizing findings.
- Gather feedback from managers to improve dashboard functionalities.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and other teams to align employee experience initiatives with organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Action Planning:
- Assist in the creation of action planning resources and guides based on survey insights.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to support managers in developing actionable plans.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the onboarding and orientation experience for new employees.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials that align with the company's values and culture.
- Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and informed about company policies, culture, and resources.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track the progress of employee experience initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in human resources, employee experience, or learning and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid position - 3 days per week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 2 days per week remote on Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Ability to work in an open office environment (sitting, walking, standing, meetings, general computer use).
