Employee Relations Specialist - Hybrid
If you want to make a difference…. join our HR team! We are searching for an Employee Relations Specialist who wants to be part of an organization that makes a difference in the lives of others.
In this vital position, the Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for providing employee relations support to ensure and promote compliance with Riverside policy and applicable state and federal labor laws. This includes administering and providing consultation for performance management, corrective action, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment services.
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours
- Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Hybrid with flexible in-office days at our Dedham Headquarters

Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with ability to initiate, plan, and manage complex projects
- Must be highly organized, independent, and efficient
- Demonstrated proficiency with word-processing, databases and Excel required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2-4 years of Human Resources experience
- Must have working knowledge of leaves administration, federal and state laws governing employment practices
