Property Repair Technicians About Us Quality Property Maintenance (QPM) has specialized in HOA property maintenance since 1993. We are looking for individuals who have construction experience, and also for trainees, to join our team as full-time employees. Experienced Property Repair Field Technician Job Description As a property repair technician with Quality Property Maintenance, you will work independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities may include: Working on multiple job sites per day Communicating with internal management regarding job status and updates Completing tasks that involve multiple construction trades within allotted timeframes Using internal work order software to document job progress, purchases, and job photos Representing QPM in a professional and courteous manner at all times Occasional required overtime Qualifications and Requirements Must have a working truck Must have a valid driver's license Must have basic hand and power tools Must have a minimum of four years' experience working in construction or property maintenance that includes at least three of the following trades Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Drywall Stucco Painting Masonry Concrete Welding Must have experience with the materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of houses, buildings, or other structures Must be able to perform construction tasks involving physical labor and can lift up to 50 pounds Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Benefits We are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and make employment decisions without regard to age, race, religion, national origin, gender, disability, veteran status, genetic information or other protected class.
