As the Financial Analyst Sr you will assist the global capital reporting team during month-end/quarter-end/year-end financial close process. Assist global capital reporting team during preparation for the capital rack&stack budget and 5-year planning process. Assist global capital reporting team in preparing various performance reports (including safety, quality, delivery and cost), monthly leadership reports and other ADHOC reports. Assist global capital reporting team to enhance visualization of data, establish Power BI dashboard reporting models, and provide the basis for senior leadership team decision-making through timely analysis and presentation
What Will You Do:
Capital forecast, budget and 5-year planning: Support preparation of monthly capital forecast review process, annual budget presentation review materials and 5-year planning consolidation.
Capital reporting: Support preparation of performance metric reporting for global capital portfolio with a focus on trending and KPI analysis (including: safety, quality, delivery, costs and other).
Data visualization: Support enhancement of capital data visualization, establish Power BI dashboard reporting models and other value-added reporting tools.
Financial close process: Responsible for the preparation of month-end/quarter-end/year-end capital close and reconciliation activities.
Annual budget prioritization planning: Support global capital rack & stack process during budget planning process.

What Will You Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business with emphasis in Accounting/Finance required.
5+ years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience
Excellent understanding and familiarity with GAAP and the ability to apply these principles in practice
Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices
Strong presentation skills
PowerBi experience a bonus
CPA certification preferred
Broad understanding of internal controls
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and network
Ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization · Ability to work well in a team environment
