Job Description:

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern will be a strong contributor supporting all areas of the FP&A Team. Looking to hire intern immediately (for January 2025 start date).

What you’ll do:

Reporting: Maintain and develop reporting to provide leadership with insight into the business.
Period close: Assist with various responsibilities during monthly financial close process.
Standard cost: Responsible for maintaining and updating certain aspects of the standard cost process.
Profitability Analysis: Work with FP&A, Sales, and Product Strategies Teams to interpret and understand financial results for customer and product categories.
Project Support: Support various areas of the FP&A team with projects as needed.

What you need to succeed:

Current student with a major field of study in Finance or Accounting. Preferring Sophomore/Junior status.
Ability to work 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
Ability to work year-round at our Home Office located in Green Bay, WI.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work successfully both independently and in teams.
Ability to learn quickly.
Demonstrate initiative.
