As a member of the Sanitation team you will perform General Sanitation work plant-wide at the Menomonie, WI plant. You will be a member of the Sanitation Department reporting to the plant Sanitation Manager.

You Will:

• Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others.
• Perform sanitation in assigned areas. Included: Floors, walls, ceilings, overhead pipes, ventilation units, warehouse racks, roof tops, dock plates.
• Help with general facility maintenance
• Help with emergency cleaning tasks (interior and exterior)
• Help Production areas with yearly tear down cleaning tasks
• Accurate documentation and recording of work completed.
• Support CPS activities
• Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor or Sanitation Crew Coordinator
• Regular, reliable attendance is necessary
• Responsible for Food Safety and Quality

You Have:

• Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.
• Working knowledge of Sanitation, Safe practices and Food Safety
• Operate required equipment - Ex) forklift, man lift, etc.
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Flexibility in daily routine to support where needed
• Enter confined spaces and work at elevated heights
• Heavy manual lifting required. Lifting up to 50 lbs
