As a Global Sourcing & Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for:

Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.
Ability to take decision which has direct impact on business results of the higher organizational unit by taking important decisions and/or implies advising business & functional leaders about their policies. Understanding of broader implications for the entire organization unit is necessary.
Develops a clear vision on the business and the strategy of the business in close interaction with business management. Has the ability to lead the team in complex issues.
Deliver very complex specialized professional work by single-layered or specialized professional work delivered by multi-layered regional or global teams.
Handles complex professional work in the department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent. Employees are expected to develop new approaches. Expertise development is important.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have a:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
Experience in inventory planning, global supply chain, inventory optimization and management, coordination with customer delivery/customer service.
5+ years of SAP and 5+ years of Ariba
Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
10% travel - internationally & domestically
Experience managing and developing teams in multiple countries and locations.
