Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Drive thought leadership marketing strategy for engaging with advisor and institutional asset owners and consultants.
- Manage the North America team of content developers, marketing managers, and publishers in thought leadership content development and go-to-market execution.
- Identify timely and relevant investment topics and themes and collaborate with senior business leaders to develop differentiated investment thought leadership.
- Develop editorial calendar that considers needs of our target audiences, timely global and regional market and macro trends, and key commercial priorities and product strategies.
- Create robust relationships across marketing, investments, and distribution to support and define editorial decisions and output.
- Boost our brand through timely, compelling, and differentiated points of view.
- Collaborate with and partner across marketing to deliver thought leadership across multi-faceted mediums (e.g., blog, white paper, infographic, video, etc.) and through integrated campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels.
- Communicate regularly with, listen to, and influence internal partners to build understanding of and connection to marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and translate insights into marketing that influences our target audience.
- Leverage data and metrics and use research to continuously improve engagement and ability to target and personalize content.
- Develop consistent processes and timelines for production and compliance approval of content.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree
- 15-20 years financial services experience, ideally within asset management industry
- Leadership experience in thought leadership, investment, or marketing teams
- Strong leadership, strategy, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perspectives effectively and with grace
- Demonstrated success in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to think strategically and effectively execute across the organization
- Strong communication and influencing skills

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 / year. Base salaries are determined in part based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
