Seeking a detail-oriented Helpdesk Refresh Technician. Responsible for refreshing and upgrading IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, to maintain optimal performance for end-users. Will handle the imaging, setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of devices to ensure smooth transitions during equipment refresh cycles.

This role involves local travel (60%) so a valid drivers license is required - primary territory is Metro Minneapolis - mileage

Qualifications:

* 4+- years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, ideally with a focus on hardware refresh or deployment projects.
* Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), imaging, and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or similar).
* Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and user account setup in Active Directory.
* Proficiency with ServiceNow as well as Powershell and exposure to Azure environments.
* Must have strong documentation skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple refresh tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end-users at all levels.
