Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for all reactive inside sales customer service tasks and reporting, communicating thru calls, email and chat support instances. The position of the lead representative will be working alongside our inside sales and ecommerce team, providing coaching and direction on call center initiatives, such as route planning and holiday handling. They will also be responsible for establishing relationships with our outside sales and cross functional teams across all market units.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Fields questions from the Inside Sales team
- Provides coaching and feedback to Inside Sales and Ecommerce Representatives
- Support with processing of all equipment customer support requests
- Communicate distribution and holiday plans with local business partners
- Building promotional and operational alerts in salesforce
- Pulls salesforce reports for KPI tracking purposes
- Updating customer information and data maintenance
- Present a professional image at all times to customers, brand partners and peers
- Serve as project lead for analysis of customer trends, productivity and KPIs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma and 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service-related role
- Must be 21 years of age
- Prior experience using a CRM software, Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to independently resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with verbal presentation skills, strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in case of shifting priorities and follow through to completion
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous beverage industry experience
- Previous call center experience
- Proven advanced bilingual skills, both verbal and written, in the following languages: Spanish
