As a Integrated Supply Chain Operations Excellence Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Define processes, IT tools, trainings, value stream, etc. to be used by the manufacturing community.
- Drives Cost Improvement Opportunities through Footprint Optimization, Operational Synergies & Process Improvement.
- Creates economic business analysis, budget planning, project planning, and real estate / construction evaluation of manufacturing facility projects.
- Identifies critical KPIs that align with business goals and objectives and implement operation rhythms to analyze datasets to present trends, patterns, for continuous improvement. Present findings to stakeholders, including executives, plant managers and team members.
- Conduct frequent interactions on manager level with Engineering, maintenance, planning and enabling functions about technical and organizational alignment.
- Handles complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Projects and Initiatives.
- Experience in Moving or Constructing a Manufacturing Cent
