Job Description:
Sales Management Internship
Thisintern assignment will consist of actively contributing to key deliverables identified in the Investor Center and Regional Center Operating Plan and Wealth Distribution's 5-year plan.
Theintern will support the Wealth Distribution Sales Management team, and in turn, the strategic objectives of the Branch and Phone Channel. These strategic objectives include: Executing and delivering our Business Results, Implementing and executing our advice strategy, and Maximizing workplace partnerships and opportunities.
Build a High Performing Organization
Assist in managing the Distribution Sales Operating Plan including organizing action items and takeaways from Leadership Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Communication pieces will include:
- Assist in the creation and delivery of weekly sales reports, Function Leadership Monthly Sales Review, and Region and Regional Center Quarterly Business Review documents.
- Collect and communicate insights from field leadership on transfers of assets based on weekly high net worth TOA Out report.
Driving Operational Effectiveness
- Develop and maintain an online repository for action items and progress updates based on weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reviews.
- Develop and deploy Agile Craft / JIRA board for PI Sales Management to track progress and provide alignment and visibility to the functions we support.
Delivering Outstanding Relationships
- Assist in analyzing trend in Loyalty scores and customer verbatims
Driving Growth and Productivity
- Support efforts to enhance our Salesforce Client Relationship Management system.
- This opportunity will include immersion into our home office culture , by sitting within a team that acts as a liaison between our live channel associates, and our product partners
Education and Experience
- In process of earning a Bachelor's degree required.
- Business, Finance or Economics major preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (such as Word or Excel).
- Attention to detail and deadline driven
- Experience in customer service/sales preferred
- Proven organization and self-motivation skills
- Effective team player
