Title: IT Helpdesk Technical Support
Location: Chandler, AZ
Duration: 12 months of contract | Onsite
Pay: $18/Hr. to $20/Hr.
Job Description:
- Role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary system via phone.
- Desired experience in MS Office application suite -- how to, in addition to troubleshooting. Candidate should have excellent customer service skills.
- In-house training will be conducted. Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.
