Full Job Description
Job Description BAE is looking for strong IT project management experience managing multiple full life cycle implementations with agile and/or agile processes. The candidate will be leading IT projects through the project lifecycle including Planning and Analysis, Execution and Solution Deployment and Benefit realization. Implementing complex cloud, CRM, Oracle and on-premise projects consisting of large teams and senior stakeholders as well as working with third party integrators.
Strong project management experience is required which includes:
Typically, a bachelor's degree and 8 years' work experience or equivalent experience.
Experience leading multiple application integrations including managing people, processes, and technologies throughout project full-life cycles.
Experience in managing application delivery teams with agile frameworks and/or agile processes. Familiarity with waterfall frameworks.
Experience with engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs.
Project management software tools (SPM), methodologies, and best practices.
Advanced knowledge of MS Suite of tools specifically MS Project & Excel.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Skills and Education
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM).
Agile Certification (PMI_ACP, CSM).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and training.
Change Management Professional certification (Prosci or equivalent).
Experience managing IT change processes, training, and go-live support.
Familiarity with advanced project scheduling and risk analysis techniques.
ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools or comparable.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $91980 - $156330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Strong project management experience is required which includes:
- Management of deliverables, scope, and quality. Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Resource management including guiding and motivating team members.
- Management of requirements, priorities and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Schedule management and executing to the strategy/plan.
- Design, configuration, test, deployment, and release management.
- Performs key project management duties to support the projects and programs such as coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, preparation of meeting materials.
- Work closely with project/program managers & subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, WBS maintenance, meeting development and minutes' documentation.
- Provide updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Execute the strategy/plan, anticipating problems and managing program risks and issues with escalation as appropriate.
