Mission: This person will be reporting into the general manager. They will lead and establish a high-performing site technology team, ensuring reliable and efficient technology services that align with corporate strategies and meet the evolving needs of the mine site. Following the acquisition, this individual will have full autonomy in leading their team and driving initiatives. Day to Day:

• Lead and develop the site technology team.
• Develop and implement technology business plans for the region.
• Engage with site leadership to ascertain needs and manage priorities.
• Ensure adherence to Technology Enterprise Architecture standards and support the Technology Road Map.
• Manage day-to-day technology operations and regional/global project synchronization.
• Accountable for developing and implementing site technology initiatives.
• Supervise the site technology operating model for consistency and alignment.
• Prepare and manage annual capital and operating budgets.
• Manage multiple site projects and project portfolio budget.
• Ensure compliance with global and local policies and procedures.
• Contribute to establishing global policies and manage regional policies.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience
• 8+ years of experience in networking, server infrastructure, and technical support, including 5+ years in a site-based technology networking support role.
• Industry experience in mining, engineering, or manufacturing
• Strong technology expertise in operations, CRM, and vendor management, with a proven ability to communicate complex network concepts.
